Steps We’re Taking in Response to COVID-19:
In order to comply with the CDC regulations with Covid-19 guidelines, we will be adjusting how we service you in order to safely assist our customers. During the time our technician is at your location, we ask that you allow him to work without contact. Should he need to come inside your facility, we will be following the safety guidelines of maintaining at least 6 ft of distance. During this time, he will be wearing a mask and gloves for his and your safety. We value our staff and our customers highly. If there is someone in your residence with a weaker immune system, or is currently ill, please let us know prior to your appointment as we will arrange another time when it is safe to do so. We will do everything in our power to follow safety guidelines during this time. We ask that our customers do the same.

In an effort to maintain the health of our employees and in order to best service your needs, our business office is temporarily closed to walk-in traffic. Re-opening of our office is subject to change based on federal and state guidelines.

Please note that, effective July 18, 2020, ClearSKY will no longer offer the csky.net email service.

All csky.net email customers will need to immediately migrate their email to that of another email service provider. Below is a list of options for you to choose from:

Gmail – Creating a Gmail Account
Yahoo! Mail – Creating a Yahoo! Account
AOL Mail – Creating a AOL Account
Outlook – Creating an Outlook Account

*ClearSKY does not support 3rd party email services

*All migrations must be completed before July 18, 2020*

After this date, any remaining csky.net email accounts will be subject to deletion and will no longer be accessible.

We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause, but over the years we realized that there are more capable email platforms out there to fulfill your needs. As a result, we decided to vacate the email business and focus all our energies in providing you with the best in wireless broadband Internet service.
